sick and tired

We’ve been going pretty hard for a while now, so it was only natural that our bodies finally broke down. Currently typing this with my eyes closed because they are watering so hard I can barely see out of them. We are all a bit under the weather. 

However, the last few shows have been absolutely wonderful. We had a great time in San Diego and enjoyed our stay in Stockton as well. So much driving! 

We played an acoustic set in Long Beach at a record store called Fingerprints. It was so much fun. We couldn’t believe the line outside to get in. It was definitely a performance we will never forget. 

Monday we played the second show of our residency. 

It was great! Cold War Kids were the surprise guests that night. We had a packed house and we had an absolute blast. Can’t wait for our third and final night next monday!

Tomorrow we play in Monterey at CSUMB. I hope we all feel better tomorrow. Today we rest up! Going back to bed now!
