We left Birmingham on a great note! It was an absolute pleasure to meet our label mates, Scars on 45. We have been hearing so many good things about them. They truly are the nicest of people. We can honestly say that we have all had “Give Me Something” stuck in our heads since we saw them play it at Vulcan park.

We left Birmingham that evening and started on our way to Nashville. We called it a night about 20 miles out of the city. The hotel experience that evening was one I think all of us will never forget…the smell will surely be ingrained in our memories forever. It’s safe to say we didn’t linger there for too long the next morning. Fortunately, we were all in good spirits and just laughed throughout the entirety of our stay there.

Our first day here we spent about 3 hours at an amazing restaurant called the Copper Kettle. The food was beyond amazing. Their sweet potato casserole was easily one of the best things any of us have ever tasted. We enjoyed the atmosphere there so much that we stayed until they closed. Thanks for putting up with us for so long! Again, wonderful hospitality in the South!

We linked up with Grouplove later that afternoon. They graciously let us use the gym and pool amenities at their hotel. We were all beaming. Exercise on the road is essential! Thank you guys so much!

We LOVE GROUPLOVE! You all are such an amazing bunch! We had an absolute blast spending the night out on the town with you guys!

Last night we had a fabulous time at the Mercy Lounge with Grouplove and The Belle Brigade. It is such an unbelievable pleasure to be playing with two bands that give their live show everything they’ve got and just absolutely kill it!

The Nashville crowd was AMAZING! The energy was electric! We had so much fun! This will definitely be a show we will never forget!
